What is your service area?

We can help repair, install or maintain your commercial or residential HVAC or refrigeration units anywhere on the Grand Strand, from Little River to Pawleys Island, out to Conway and Longs. Beach Air is available 7 days a week.

What types of HVAC units do you service?

*Split systems: Comprised of a heat pump and central air conditioning unit that has a condenser outside and an evaporator coil inside. Basically, each unit transports heat from one to the other via refrigerant. In the summer, the system extracts heat from indoor air and transfers it outside so cooled indoor air can be recirculated through the ducts in your home by a fan.

*Packaged system: One that combines the condensing unit and evaporator coil into one outdoor unit.

*Ductless mini split system: Ideal for for bonus rooms, sun rooms, home remodels and additions, server rooms and mechanical rooms.

How do your rates compare with other area companies?

We pride ourselves on our affordable rates and quick turnarounds. Those are two assets not many heating and cooling companies can honestly stand behind. But we do for each and every project. Our field technicians are constantly receiving positive feedback from both commercial and residential customers. Beach Air strives to execute a quality inspection process and only offer transparent communication each time we’re hired. We work hand-in-hand with clients, builders or general managers to make sure their needs are met and the job is completed on time, on budget – and done right the first time.

What brands do you service? Do you sell products as well?

We are also licensed distributors of Lennox, Armstrong, Rheem and Ruud brands, which are available for purchase as new units. If you’d prefer another line that we don’t regularly carry, just let us know and we’ll be glad to look into the best options for you in that particular line.
