Annual maintenance scheduled and when Dylan asked if any issues I shared that I was concerned with the unit not hearing properly.  Dylan, jumped into action by asking some specific questions, taking his time to thoroughly assess the unit (in attic), and then his amazing expertise in delivering the message of what was happening and drawing a diagram to help with explaining.   Dylan is simply amazing and I’d recommend this company to anyone especially because of Dylan’s expertise, professionalism and sincerity!! It happened to be the coldest time this year. Heat sensor needed replacing. He worked diligently fixing the problem. His attitude was great and he explained everything!!  Our heat got fixed and works wonderfully.
