Have you ever cleaned your bathroom fans? If not, I'm sure you've noticed the dust and debris that has collected on them. With the fan's switch in the off position, take the cover off and clean the brades of the fan with soap, water and a toothbrush.
Onm ost air conditioners there is a small drainage hole at the base of the caibnet, beneath the evaporator fins. In order for the AC unit to work properly, this hole needs to be kept clear.
