Service Agreement
By signing up for the following service agreement, you are entitled to the following savings & benefits:
- 26 point inspection
- Lower utility costs
- 10% discount on repair costs
- Priority emergency service
- Two tune-up/preventative maintenance visits per year
Each tune-up/preventative maintenance visit will include:
- Check operation of thermostat in heat & cool modes
- Check operation of zone controls
- Replace or wash standard air filters
- Check & note return air temperature
- Check & note supply air temperature
- Check & note outside air temperature
- Check & tighten all electrical connections at indoor unit & disconnect
- Check & note voltage at indoor unit
- Check operation of indoor blower & note amp draw
- Check electric heat overloads & high limit safeties
- Check cleanliness of indoor evaporator coil
- Check cleanliness of indoor blower wheel
- Check condition of all accessible duct work & note any leaks of missing insulation
- Check operation of all zone dampers
- Check & clean primary drain pan
- Check secondary drain pan for water & rust
- Check & clean primary drain line with shop vac
- Check & tighten all electrical connections at outdoor unit & disconnect
- Check & note voltage at outdoor unit
- Check operation of outdoor fan & note amp draw
- Check operation of compressor & note amp draw
- Check output of run capacitor
- Check condition of main contactor
- Check operation of defrost cycle
- Clean outdoor coil, use coil cleaner if needed
- Check refrigerant charge & note high & low side pressures
Beach Air will perform regular Preventative Maintenance during normal working hours. Beach Air will attempt to contact you for scheduling your visits. It is also your responsibility to schedule these visits within the time frame of this agreement. Please do so. No extensions or special considerations shall be allowed for missed visits. Beach Air will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service here under, but it is expressly agreed that Beach Air shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay beyond our control or unavailability of parts from the manufacturers. This agreement does not cover material or labor for repairs or any service visits. No service will be render under this agreement if the customer has a past due account. Customer must provide reasonable access to the equipment for routine maintenance and service visits. Nuisance calls where there is nothing wrong due to improper operation are chargeable at regular labor rates. This agreement is transferable but not refundable.
